At 73 years I am slimmer and fitter than I've been for decades, all thanks to Alana's guidance and support.  When I started my journey I was size 16+, nearly 12 stone with visceral fat at 17, I am now size 10, well under 9stone, and have been fir 20 months with a visceral fat of 3. Yes there have been blips along the way but Alana stuck with me giving support and guidance  NEVER a reprimand.  In the past I have followed every diet going and ended up heavier than I started.  With Alana's i credible knowledge of nutrition and exercise not only have I reached and maintained my goals but Alana discovered I am gluten intolerant.  I can never thank her enough for sticking by me and all she has done for me.
