PERSONAL TRAINING

BoxerciseThe initial consultation is a 1/2 hour information gathering appointment which is completely free of charge. You are under no obligation to continue past this point but if you choose to proceed, we will make future appointments for your personal training sessions.

A personal training session is generally 1 hour, but this is flexible by arrangement. Your personal training session is for you and you alone, helping you reach your goals. You will receive my undivided attention throughout the session wherever and whenever we hold it.

The first session usually consists of some fitness testing but this can be discussed at the initial consultation. Then the fun begins and we start working with the progressive programme I have designed specifically for you. We will review the programme at regular intervals so that we are happy it is steering you towards your goals.

If you wish to have a shared training session with a relative or friend then this is possible if you both have similar goals and fitness levels.
