GROUP EXERCISING
Fitness Walking - I have been taking a Fitness Walking class for the last 3 years and have built up a regular clientle of walkers. This is a wonderful social event as well as a whole body workout. We meet every Thursday at 9am, come rain or shine. During the wetter months we meet at the Downs Link car park in Copsale and as the weather dries out the local footpaths we venture off into St Leonards Forest.

More than a stroll in the park!
Mountain Biking - This is aimed at the competent cyclist who would like to be challenged in an off road environment with a qualified instructor and like minded people.
It covers core MTB skills and techniques such as braking, gear selection, steering, cornering, body positioning, choosing a line, climbing and descending.
Essentials for the course:
- A mountain bike in good working order
- A cycle helmet
- Suitable clothing
- A drink and an energy snack
Boxercise - At Southwater Leisure Centre, Pevensey Road, Southwater. Wednesday 8-9PM, 16yrs+
Punch your way to a perfect physique. Circuit Training - Southwater Leisure Centre, Pevensey Road, Southwater. Wednesday 7.10-8PM
Circuit training involves moving from one exercise to another with minimal rest. This type of training provides a one-stop total body exercise session combining aerobic and strength training into a time efficient workout. Circuit training is all about participation at your own level. Maximum results in minimal time!
